HealingTemp: FSA/HSA Information
Understanding FSA and HSA
What are FSAs and HSAs?
FSA (Flexible Spending Account): An FSA is a special account you put money into that you use to pay for certain out-of-pocket health care costs. You don't pay taxes on this money. Employers may contribute to the FSA, but you can't carry over funds to the next year.
HSA (Health Savings Account): An HSA is a savings account available to those with high-deductible health plans (HDHP). Contributions to an HSA are tax-free. Unlike an FSA, the funds roll over from year to year if you don't spend them.
Using FSA/HSA for HealingTemp Products
Good news! HealingTemp's infrared sauna blankets are eligible for purchase with your FSA or HSA funds. These products are considered qualified medical expenses because they can be used for therapeutic purposes, such as pain relief and improved circulation.
